In an unprecedented move, with just minutes of public discussion, and without input from either full chamber, the GOP-led Michigan House Appropriations Committee discontinued nearly $645 million in previously approved funding.

The negative consequences for Michigan are too many to list, but here are just some of the ways MI Republicans just screwed over our 35th Senate District and state—
